CHEN WEN HSI
Born in China in 1906, Chen Wen Hsi moved to Singapore where he lived until his death in 1992. Famous for his Chinese ink brush paintings, Chen Wen Hsi was widely recognized and was exhibited internationally as a representative of the Republic of Singapore.
